There have been some major changes to the Federal Skilled Worker Category recently. These changes have helped speed up the processing times for this category.

Are you eligible?

1. Do you have an approved job offer from a Canadian employer?
2. Are you living legally in Canada as a student or a foreign worker?
3. Do you have at least one year experience in one of the 38 occupations on the Minister's list?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, then you are eligible for the Federal Skilled Worker Class!

In order to qualify, you must also pass an assessment based on your education, age, work experience, language ability and adaptability.
