In 95th Express Entry draw held on July 25, 2018, the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 3,750 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residence. The minimum required Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off score in this draw was 441. This is one point less than the minimum score of 442 that was required in the previous draw held on July 11, 2018.

It means eligible candidates with a CRS score of 441 or above, who submitted their Express Entry profile before the said date and time, were invited to apply for permanent residence.
This is the fourth consecutive draw where IRCC is issuing 3,750 ITAs. The number of invitations being sent in the Express Entry draws has witnessed a gradual increase in 2018. This year, draw sizes grew from 2,750 to 3000 and 3500 and now to 3750.
With the latest draw, the total number of invitations issued this year has reached 47,200. Canada has set a target to admit 74,900 candidates through Express Entry in 2018. The target for 2019 is to admit 81,400 candidates. So it is expected that draw sizes will continue to increase and draws will become more frequent in the months to come.
