International students are liberated to enter Canada

Travel to Canada

Canada has announced some liberations for international students to step into the country to start with education. In the testing times of COVID-19, many haven’t got to execute things as planned, especially international students were having their education getting postponed for almost 2 years now. Now, the ray of their hope has become bright. Canada is calling international students to get in if they meet the eligibility and the requirements to avail of permits and exemptions.

There are Designated Learning institutions that are able to reopen the gates for international students. These institutions will be having a Covid-19 readiness plan which will be approved by the respective provincial or territorial government. If at all a student studies in one of the approved DLIs, then he or she can get into the country. On the other hand, if yours is not a designated learning institution with a readiness plan approved by the government, then you cannot move to cannot and study at this time. You have to wait further.

  • The main criterion for travellers to be fulfilled is vaccination.
  • They must ensure they are vaccinated fully 14 days before entering Canada.
  • You should substantiate the digital proof of vaccination in ArriveCAN.
  • You should have taken the vaccines that are accepted by Canada
