Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program
Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program allows the province to select candidates who have the ability to establish themselves economically well in the province. It is similar to the Federal Skilled Worker Program of Canada. The candidates who want to move to Quebec through the QSWP must first create an Arrima profile. Arrima is the online portal for submitting the Expression of Interest under the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program. The candidates who have submitted the Expression of Interest on the portal are assessed on the basis of various human capital and labour market eligibility criteria. The top-ranked candidates will be invited to apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate in the draws that are conducted regularly.
The candidates who have received invitations in the latest draw may submit the complete application within 60 days. The processing of the applications is expected to be completed within six months. If successful, candidates will receive a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ or Quebec Selection Certificate) with which they may apply for permanent residence in Canada.
