This is the 7th French-language draw of 2025, bringing the total invitations issued under this category to 36,000 so far this year, nearly 44% of all ITAs issued in 2025.
This draw marks one of the lowest CRS cut-offs of the year for category-based rounds, offering a major opportunity for francophone candidates to secure permanent residence. IRCC is expected to continue category-based draws for French-speaking candidates, accelerating pathways for skilled Francophones to gain permanent residence.
