The tie-breaking rule applies when multiple candidates have the minimum CRS score. Only candidates who submitted their profiles before the specified timestamp received an ITA.

This Express entry draw follows a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on December 8, which invited 1,123 candidates with a minimum CRS of 729.
