In the Manitoba PNP draw held on February 9, the province invited 308 candidates to apply for provincial nomination. Among the invited, 221 candidates belonged to the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream and their minimum score was 720 points. International Education Stream candidates received 55 invitations and the remaining 32 invitations were issued to Skilled Workers Overseas candidates through a Strategic Recruitment Initiative and the minimum score was 709. Among the total of 308 invitations issued, 33 were Express Entry candidates.

In the first Manitoba PNP draw of 2023, a total of 322 immigration candidates received invitations. Among them 260 were Skilled Workers in Manitoba candidates. Their minimum score was 734. Further, 42 of the invited were International Education Stream candidates. The remaining 20 invitations went to Skilled Worker Overseas candidates with a minimum score of 713. The number of Express Entry candidates among the invited was 27.

The Manitoba PNP draw held on December 30 invited 280 candidates. 202 invitations were issued to Skilled Workers in Manitoba candidates and the minimum score was 750. International Education Stream candidates received 38 invitations. Forty invitations went to Skilled Workers Overseas candidates with a minimum score of 711. Among the invited, 21 were Express Entry candidates.
In the draw held on December 21, a total of 725 Masters Graduates Stream candidates with a minimum score of 46 received invitations. The invited were those who had submitted their profiles between November 22, 2022 – December 21, 2022.
British Columbia PNP held a draw on December 6 and invited 189 candidates. Invitations were issued to candidates belonging to five different categories. 144 invitations were issued through BC PNP Tech stream to skilled workers and international graduates with a minimum score of 95. Early Childhood Educators received 32 invitations and the minimum score required was 69. 12 invitations were issued to healthcare workers with a minimum score of 60 points. Five invitations were issued to candidates in other priority occupations under NOCs 31103, 32104.

International Education Stream candidates received 56 invitations. The remaining 43 invitations were issued to Skilled Workers Overseas candidates with a minimum score of 673.
