Refund and Cancellation Policy

This fee usually is non-refundable. If eligible for any refund, it will be as per the refund policy mentioned in the retainer signed by the client and the Authorized representative. The refund policy mentioned in the retainer is based on the ICCRC regulation. Once you make the payment, please get in touch with your coordinator for the retainer agreement.
