Who qualifies as a skilled immigrant?

What are the eligibility requirements to apply for a PR visa as a Federal Skilled Worker?
To apply for the Federal Skilled Worker Program, you must:
– Have a full-time permanent job offer in Canada, or be a PhD student/graduate from a Canadian university within the past 12 months.
– Have at least one year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) work experience under NOC types 0, A, or B.
– Prove your language proficiency in English or French.
– Score a minimum of 67 out of 100 on the FSW points grid.
