Henley has released the list of the world’s top passports and as per the list, Canadian passport remains one of the strongest in the world. Canada has eighth position among the world’s strongest passports. Interestingly, the passport of Australia, which is another popular destination for immigrants, also has eighth position.Henley Passport Index assesses passports on the basis of data from International Air Transport Association(IATA).The Index ranks passports on the basis of visa requirements. If a passport allows its holder to access another country visa-free or with a visa-on-arrival or with a visitor’s permit or ETA on arrival, it is considered stronger than others. As per the Index, Japan has the strongest passport as it allows its holders to travel to 193 countries visa-free or with a visa-on-arrival. In the case of Canada passport, the holders can travel to 185 countries visa-free.
