Express Entry Draw 352

In its latest Express Entry round, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 503 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). This marks the Express Entry draw 352, exclusively targeting candidates with a valid provincial nomination.

The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required in this draw was 742, reflecting the automatic 600-point boost that comes with a provincial nomination. The tie-breaking rule was applied to profiles submitted before May 30, 2025, at 21:44:57 UTC.

Key Highlights of Express Entry Draw 352

  • Date of Draw: June 23, 2025
  • Draw Type: Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
  • Number of ITAs Issued: 503
  • Minimum CRS Score: 742

This is the third PNP-specific draw and the largest one happening in June:

  • June 6: 277 ITAs
  • June 13: 125 ITAs
  • June 23: 503 ITAs

This brings the total PNP invitations in June to 905, and 5,494 PNP ITAs issued in 2025 so far. The substantial increase in this round suggests that provinces are actively nominating more skilled workers, perhaps in response to local labor market demands.

The Provincial Nominee Program allows provinces to select candidates who meet specific local needs and nominate them for permanent residence through Express Entry-linked streams.

As Canada continues its ambitious immigration targets for 2025, further draws – including category-based and general rounds – are expected in the coming weeks.
