Express Entry Draw 354

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 356 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in its latest Express Entry Draw 354 held on July 7, 2025, targeting candidates in the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 750 to be considered.

To qualify, candidates must have created an Express Entry profile before 4:09 a.m. UTC on March 19, 2025,as per the Tie-breaking rule. In draw 352 on June 23, 503 PNP candidates were invited with a CRS cut-off of 742. The latest draw saw both a lower number of ITAs and a higher CRS cut-off, indicating increased competition in the pool.

Key Highlights of Express Entry Draw 354

  • Date of Draw: July 07, 2025
  • Draw Type: Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
  • Number of Invitations: 356
  • Minimum CRS score: 750
  • Tie-breaking rule: March 19, 2025 at 04:09:09 UTC

So far in 2025, IRCC has issued 42,201 ITAs across various categories under the Express Entry system. The distribution of draws has focused heavily on:

  • Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) – 12 draws
  • Canadian Experience Class (CEC) – 6 draws
  • French-language proficiency – 3 draws
  • Healthcare and social services – 2 draws
  • Education – 1 draw

Recent trends show an alternating pattern between PNP and CEC-specific draws. Since mid-May, IRCC has steadily rotated between these two streams, with only one category-based selection during that period. This rhythm suggests a potential long-term strategy focused on domestic and province-driven immigration priorities.
