IRCC Invites 2,500 Candidates in Express Entry Draw 362 for Healthcare and Social Service Workers with a Minimum CRS Score of 470

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted a new category-based Express Entry draw 362 this month, inviting 2,500 candidates with work experience in healthcare and social services occupations to apply for permanent residence.The draw, held on August 19, 2025, set a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 470, making it the lowest CRS cut-off for a healthcare draw this year. Previously the Express Entry draw 357 was with the lowest CRS cut off with 475 and 4000 ITAs were issued. The tie-breaking rule was applied to profiles submitted before April 23, 2025, at 20:08:53 UTC.

This marks the fourth consecutive month that IRCC has conducted a healthcare-focused draw. In total, 7,500 invitations have been issued to healthcare and social service workers so far in 2025, reflecting Canada’s continued focus on addressing the labour shortages in critical sectors.
