Canada issues 291 ITAs in latest Express Entry PNP draw with a minimum CRS score of 855

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted the latest Express Entry draw 369, issuing 291 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) stream. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required in this round, identified as Draw 369, was 855.

In Draw #366, held earlier this month, 228 ITAs were issued with a minimum CRS score of 746.September 2025 has proven to be one of the busiest months for PNP activity this year, with three separate PNP draws taking place:

  • September 2, 2025 (Draw #363): 249 ITAs | CRS 772
  • September 15, 2025 (Draw #366): 228 ITAs | CRS 746
  • September 29, 2025 (Draw #369): 291 ITAs | CRS 855

In total, 768 invitations were issued to provincial nominees this month, highlighting both the growing reliance on the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) pathway and the increasingly competitive landscape for securing a nomination.
