Express Entry Draw 351

Canada conducted its latest Express Entry Draw 351 on June 12, 2025, inviting 3,000 candidates to apply for permanent residency under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required in this round was 529. This is the first CEC draw of June 2025.

Key Highlights of Express Entry Draw 351

  • Date of Draw: June 12, 2025
  • Number of ITAs Issued: 3,000
  • Minimum CRS Score: 529
  • Program Targeted: Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
  • Tie-breaking Rule: September 28, 2024, at 18:06:46 UTC

This draw marks the fifth Canadian Experience Class-specific invitation round in 2025, highlighting Canada’s continued focus on candidates with in-country work experience. Those with a CRS score of 529 or above and who submitted their profile before the tie-breaking date were invited to apply.

The Canadian Experience Class is designed for skilled workers with at least one year of Canadian work experience in the last three years. It offers a pathway to permanent residency for individuals already contributing to the Canadian economy and society.

In comparison to CEC Draw 347, held earlier this year, where only 500 ITAs were issued with a CRS cut-off of 547, this latest draw shows a significant increase in ITAs and a notable drop in the CRS threshold. This shift suggests a strong governmental push to retain experienced talent already residing in Canada.

The Canadian Experience Class is one of the core programs under the Express Entry system. It targets:

  • Temporary foreign workers with skilled Canadian work experience
  • International graduates who have gained work experience in Canada

Managed through the Express Entry platform, CEC applicants are evaluated using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). High-scoring candidates are invited to apply for permanent residency through regular draws.

The size of the Express Entry pool varies regularly, depending on new applications, expiry of profiles and past invitation rounds. The IRCC maintains statistics of the pools, which are refreshed most often just before a draw.

If you’re a skilled worker with Canadian experience and are interested in making Canada your permanent home, this draw reaffirms the opportunity available through the Express Entry system.
