Express Entry Draw 360: IRCC issues 2,500 ITAs under French Language Proficiency with a minimum CRS score of 481

On August 8, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted an Express Entry draw 360 targeting French-speaking candidates, issuing 2,500 Invitations to Apply (ITAs). The minimum CRS score required was 481, and only those who had submitted their Express Entry profiles before 05:16 UTC on July 18, 2025, were considered under the tie-break rule.This draw is the third Express Entry invitation round in the month of August and follows a Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on August 7 that issued 1,000 ITAs and a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on August 6 that issued 225 ITAs.

So far in 2025, IRCC has issued 53,128 ITAs. Draws have largely been PNP-focused, with considerable invitations also extended to candidates in CEC, French language proficiency, and priority occupation categories such as healthcare, education, and social services.

The August 8 Express Entry draw is the fourth French-language category-based selection round this year, reflecting IRCC’s ongoing commitment to increase Francophone immigration outside Quebec.
