Even after submitting the EoI, the candidate will be able to update the information in the EoI. The EoI will remain active for one year from the date of submission. Upon expiry, the candidate can submit a new EoI. But remember, you provide false or misleading information in your EOI, your Manitoba PNP application could be refused and you may be banned from submitting a new Manitoba PNP application for a period of two years.

Letters Of Advice To Apply (LAAs) In Manitoba PNP Application

The candidates with the highest scores will be issued Letters of Advice to Apply(LAAs) in the draws that are conducted regularly. The number LAAs being issued for Manitoba PNP application in the draws depend on the annual processing targets and capacities of MPNP. Upon receiving an LAA, a candidate can submit the complete Manitoba PNP application for provincial nomination within 60 days along with the necessary supporting documents.

Documents Required For Manitoba PNP Application

While submitting the complete Manitoba PNP application, you need to submit the following documents:

  • Personal information documents such as birth certificate, passport, marriage certificate etc.
  • Educational documents such as certificate, degree or diploma and transcripts for each program
  • Valid language test results
  • Documents related to work experience
  • Evidence of settlement funds
  • Settlement plan
  • Nomination from Manitoba

If the candidate receives nomination from Manitoba, he/she can apply for permanent residence in Canada with the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The application must be submitted within 180 days. Manitoba can withdraw its nomination any time before the Permanent Residence visa is issued if the MPNP is not satisfied that you continue to meet the original requirements for Manitoba PNP application.

The Reasons Can Be:

If the information provided in the Manitoba PNP application is false or has been misrepresented. You were found to have no intention to live, work, and/or start a business in Manitoba.

Upon receiving your application for Canada PR, the Centralised Intake Office(CIO) will send you a file number and instruct you on what has to be done next. You can use the file number to check the status of your application online. The visa office that processes your application will also advise you on when to get a medical exam and obtain a police certificate.

While waiting for the PR visa, you can prepare yourself to move to and find a job in Manitoba. However, you should wait till IRCC officially informs you of receiving Canadian permanent resident status in order to move or quit your current job.
