The Parent and Grandparent Super Visa are meant for the parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents who want to stay in Canada for lengthy periods. It is a long-term, multiple entry resident permit that allows parents and grandparents of permanent residents or Canadian citizens to stay in the country for up to two years in the country per visit. The visa is valid for up to 10 years.
Canada Super Visa was first introduced in the year 2011. Since then, it has been helping thousands of parents and grandparents to come to Canada and stay with their children. This has helped families and communities significantly by letting the family members stay together. The scheme has also contributed to the growth of the Canadian economy as parents or grant parents help adult children take care of infants, thus allowing them to work full-time.
Canada Super Visa: Requirements and conditions:
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) takes several factors into consideration before granting the Canada Super Visa.
