October turns an active month for Canada PNPs

Canada PNP

October was yet another month filled with activity for the Provincial Nominee Programs of Canada. A high number of immigration candidates received invitations from provinces to apply for a nomination for permanent residence in Canada. Thus it has been proved once again that the PNPs have taken up a central role in Canada’s immigration scenario.

The Provincial Nominee Programs allow Canadian provinces to select candidates who can meet their unique labour market and demographic requirements and nominate them for permanent residence in Canada. Over the years, PNP has emerged as the second most important pathway for Canada PR, after the Express Entry. As per the Immigration Levels Plan of Canada for 2021-23, the country will be welcoming more than 80000 immigrants per year through PNPs.
