Key Highlights:
- PNP-only draw: This draw was exclusively for candidates who have already received a provincial nomination through one of Canada’s Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs).
- Minimum CRS score: The minimum CRS score required to receive an ITA in this draw was 732, which is higher than the previous PNP draw.
- Consistent draw pattern: IRCC has been holding multiple Express Entry draws every other week, including at least one draw for PNP candidates.
Today’s draw follows a busy summer with 14 separate Express Entry draws in July and August. July, in particular, broke the record for the highest number of draws in a month since the system’s launch in 2015. The last draw, on August 27, issued 3,330 ITAs for Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates.
This latest draw reflects IRCC’s commitment to welcoming skilled immigrants and prioritizing domestic candidates who are already in Canada. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to apply for permanent residence in Canada.
